Do I need to know anything about computers to work with you?
No. We explain what's going on in plain English, whether that's over the phone or in person.
What if I already have some of this set up?
That's fine. You can bring in Blue Hills Bytes for one piece, like email or Wi-Fi, without switching everything else over.
Do you support both Mac and Windows?
Yes. Most small businesses run a mix, and we work with whatever you already have.
What happens if something breaks outside business hours?
Call or email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. For most small businesses, prompt next-business-day support covers what comes up.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Engagements are quoted per project or on an as-needed basis, and there's no long-term contract to sign.
Where are you located and what's your service area?
Blue Hills Bytes is based in Cameron, Wisconsin, and serves small businesses in Rusk, Sawyer, and Barron Counties.
