Blue Hills Bytes is an IT support and managed services company built for owner-operated small businesses in Northwestern Wisconsin, the mom-and-pop shops of the region. We're intentionally positioned to be approachable and easy to work with for non-technical business owners, not an enterprise-facing or jargon-heavy IT provider.

The founder

Blue Hills Bytes is led by Brad Melton, who brings approximately 15 years of IT experience, including U.S. Air Force network infrastructure, roughly a decade in federal and defense network and firewall security engineering, and current experience in IT management overseeing infrastructure, identity, endpoint management, and procurement.

Blue Hills Bytes is based in Cameron, Wisconsin, serving Rusk, Sawyer, and Barron Counties.
